Spark
Looks like a new version of Spark is out. Depending on how Quicksilver performs on my Mac mini, Spark may get displaced, but for now, this hotkey app has my vote. (And yes, it's hotkeys and nothing else. Hotkeys, hotkeys, hotkeys!)

TextMate: The Missing Editor for OS X
One of these days I would really like a license for this (see the 'wishlist' tag?). It seems like a very capable text editor, and no longer has a creepy robot as the icon. However, as it's not free, I'll have to stick to TextWrangler for now.
