interesting thoughts on local tv and particularly classifieds. I dissed ultra local tv at the BBC for years believing that news on that scale was not viable mainly due to cost of editing and admin (rather than the video which as we know is for nothing). however, classifieds may make it economically viable - if only a way to search and scan video were do-able.
