Agents of Alienation
Proposes that ‘agents’ (software that manages information for us) are always very simplistic or obscure, so any attempt to use them means acting stupidly to accommodate their flaws. He also seems to feel that agents will never bridge this gap, and the whole idea devalues humanity.
