John Resig - JavaScript Performance Rundown
You can read the whole post if you like but I think Maciej's (WebKit team) comment is the only worthwhile take away... there's a lot of real-world JavaScript code that isn't going to take advantage of optimizations in V8. There's no clear "winner" right now and I doubt there will ever be.
