Getting the most out of your computer system(s): Verizon DSL "Doesn't Support Linux!!" It works just fine if you can connect to the modem.

yet another reason to dislike Verizon. no one's asking for Linux help - we can do that ourselves - but why should the installation process be so complicated and require an installer? took me 90 seconds to get set up on Comcast.
