I think this approach is probably necessary for Learning Objects too. If there's a host of them - and there probably should be.

An interesting idea - groups who are introduced, even if only in the most trivial sense, make fewer mistakes.

Like CoPs, learning communities thrive on rhythm. If you don't have rhythm you won't get anywhere.

If at all possible, the gogapedia should be an interface rather than the content. The pattersn library should be another interface. The blog another. And the course another.
