Making a Will
Appoint a guardian for children under the age of 18 who can take over in the case of the death of any surviving spouse – and don’t forget that extra children can appear quite unexpectedly – having a guardian who has no children to look after is not a problem – having not appointed one leave the choice to the Courts and Social Service – not the best of plans.
