Whole Foods has filed a lawsuit to get access to the private records of a small competitor, obstensibly to defend their merger with Wild Oats in court against the FTC's antitrust investigation. They really are taking the "Microsoft of the natural foods industry" title seriously! I will no longer be shopping at Whole Foods.
