No surprise here. In the UK, there is one CCTV camera for every 14 citizens. Or put in another way, 4.2 million security cameras recording law abiding citizens. When you allow your government to erode your civil liberties, you don't wake up enslaved in chains. It happens with very small, deliberate steps that over time rob you of your freedom and your dignity.
