YouTube API Blog: Upcoming Change to YouTube Video Page URLs

In Search of the Click Track
"Use this application to look at tempo plots for any song to see which bands have a machine controlling the heartbeat of the band. Type in the name of an artist and/or track and get a click plot of the track. If a machine is setting the beat for the song, the click plot will show only small deviations from the average tempo. "I propose a simple set of rules and requirements that dictate how version numbers are assigned and incremented. For this system to work, you first need to declare a public API [...] Once you identify your public API, you communicate changes to it with specific increments to your version number. rev=canonical: url shortening that doesn't hurt the internet
"RevCanonical is url shortening with a twist. Instead of creating its own super short versions of links, it checks to see if the link owner has published a shortened version of the given page using HTML link element.
