A windows alternative for Quicksilver is something that I've been looking for for a long time, I'm using Launchy now but it's nowhere close to Quicksilver in terms of functionality.

Launchy is an open source keystroke launcher for Windows. In other words, it's Quicksilver for Windows, I've been looking for something like this for a long time.
