One of the better color schemers I have seen of late.

Alot of the color schemers out there are offer too many options for creating and tweaking color palettes. ColorToy is nice and simple, plug in a hex or rgb value and generate a scheme or select from a random one.

ColorJack is a really nice tool for playing with and building color palettes. Specifically the "sphere" functionality is very cool. ColorJack has the best export options I've seen from most of the web-based color tools I've played with.

This is a cool site. Build a color palette and generate a permanent URL to save or share your custom palette with others. Only problem is you can't edit the palette after you generate the permalink for it.

Adobe kuler is a very nice color theme explorer, builer and sharer from Adobe Labs. I think I'm really going to enjoy using this tool
