Vagrant - Virtualized development for the masses.
Vagrant lowers development environment setup time, maximizes dev/prod parity, and makes the "works on my machine" excuse a relic of the past.
Developers no longer need to worry about setting up complicated infrastructure components. Projects with conflicting dependencies can each get their own sandbox -- keeping a developer's workstation free of the hacks needed for multiple versions of software to coexist.

Be Stigma Free
ST2011 is a killer negative perception that infects those with low knowledge, making them so scared they discriminate against people who are different. Stigma is now targeting people living with HIV. Stigmatizaiton of HIV positive individuals scares everybody and prevents us from seeking information, treatment, counseling, and from leading healthy and productive lives. HIV-related stigma, like racism, homophobia, discrimination against women or any type of discriminatory attitude, has no place in the UN workplace.

Adapt.js - Adaptive CSS
Adapt.js is a lightweight (947 bytes minified) JavaScript file that determines which CSS file to load before the browser renders a page. It is worth noting this is a proposed, not prescribed, approach to a problem with multiple solutions. Other methods include: building a separate site for mobile, or using a media queries to adjust layouts dynamically, with a polyfill for older browser support. Also a factor is how to handle image resolutions.

Adapt.js simply checks the browser width, and serves only the CSS that is needed, when it is needed. A potential drawback of Adapt.js is the possibility of a brief flash of unstyled content as a new stylesheet is being fetched (think of it as “Ajax” for CSS). I have done my best to mitigate this by keeping CSS files small (3 KB).

TumblrThemr · Making Tumblr theme development a little less head-desky
Creating themes for Tumblr sucks.

It’s a testament to the passion developers and designers feel for Tumblr that so many great themes exist – despite the complete lack of tools. TumblrThemr solves this problem, letting you develop navigable themes locally using real data from your Tumblr blog.
