The fact that I'd quite like to read this book makes me faintly depressed.

I normally say, 'Well, duh' when folk are sacked for weblogging, but this seems like a case of a weblog being used for 'evidence' after a sacking was decided on. Similar thing happened to a friend of mine, with a better outcome.
