I made a profile thingy for the Movable Type Action Streams plugin which you can use to display your Radio Pop activity on your MT-powered website.

I really, really, really, REALLY want one of these radios.

They don't give a good reason why they've made it so hard for people who listen to the radio on the radio to use the service, either. I mean, I *love* the idea of Radio Pop, and am willing to jump through these hoops, but most people are going to look at those instructions and say, 'Er, no.'. Fingers crossed someone much cleverer than me will use the API to make an app with a button I can click to say "Hello Radio Pop, I'm listening to Radio 4 just now/Bye Bye Radio Pop, now I've stopped".

The trailer for their Radio 4 show (starts tonight) has had me laughing all week.

An AOL Radio station that plays nothing but Prince and associated artists (Madhouse, Jill Jones, The Time, et al). Seems to throw up obscurities, 12" versions, remixes fairly often in between the hits.

A major problem with Odeo - the Syncr application doesn't tell you where it's putting downloaded files, and provides no way of changing the download location, and all preferences have to be set on the Odeo site, not from within the app itself.

Blimey. Really rather good, this Odeo business - receiving podcasts made very, very easy indeed. (Interestingly, thankfully, I don't think I've seen the word 'podcast' on the site yet.)

I mostly listen to MP3s by broadcasting FM to a Tivoli mono receiver (nope, I don't know why either). Anyway, seems it's the hip thing to do in China.
