Google Reader sync - woo! I assume this is due to Newsgator's online feed-reader being so unbelievably shitty that it forced me to stop using the brilliant NNW - which I'd used since 2002 - on the Mac/iPhone. (I need the web reader for use on my Eee PC 701; though now I'm wondering if there's a Google-syncing app for Linux.)

I only used the beta very briefly, because the new UI is hideously cutesy and distracting. Fingers crossed I can tweak it into a more plain state. Update: aaargh! Think twice before upgrading: it screwed my unread counts completely.

Good: Spotlight search. Bad: still no useful search inside the app, and it looks totally shit (blue background on the subscriptions column, vast cheesy bullets next to the feed items). Depressing.
