Very clever idea: store the word " I C E " in your mobile phone address book, and against it enter the number of the person you would want to be contacted In Case of Emergency so that police/hospital staff can quickly find it.

A seriously bloody clever combination of SMS, Skype, Soundflower, email, iTunes, Automator and Applescript that lets you play songs to yourself over the 'phone, and download the song onto the 'phone. Bit of a faff to set up, though.
