STL file for 3D printers. Double niche!

A proposed app for turning all the power draining/useful iPhone features on and off with one click (or should that be push? poke? jab? finger?). This would need to be provided by Apple, and that they might be reluctant to admit the need for such a thing.

The fact that something like this is necessary if I want to use my iPhone 3G for more than a few hours between charges is incredibly fucking annoying. (My old Nokia N95 did 3 or 4 days with the same amount of browsing/email/GPS use.)

Tips to extend iPhone battery life (which seems pretty bad).

It seems to me that the 'long-battery-life' bit is the main problem. Why is battery technology so shit? (Or is it that screens, chips, etc. are too power hungry?)

£25 for a new Mini battery and tools required to fit it.

Strangely, my 2nd Gen iPod still goes for a good six hours. Good, but twenty-two would be better...
