They don't give a good reason why they've made it so hard for people who listen to the radio on the radio to use the service, either. I mean, I *love* the idea of Radio Pop, and am willing to jump through these hoops, but most people are going to look at those instructions and say, 'Er, no.'. Fingers crossed someone much cleverer than me will use the API to make an app with a button I can click to say "Hello Radio Pop, I'm listening to Radio 4 just now/Bye Bye Radio Pop, now I've stopped".

This storm in a teacup really did my head in - the number of folk you saw screeching 'Oh noes! My privicy is infringed!!!1!!' without even checking what Dashboard Advisory was _actually doing_ was ridiculous.
