Google HTML/CSS Style Guide
This document defines formatting and style rules for HTML and CSS. It aims at improving collaboration, code quality, and enabling supporting infrastructure. It applies to raw, working files that use HTML and CSS, including GSS files. Tools are free to obfuscate, minify, and compile as long as the general code quality is maintained.

dabblet
dabblet is an interactive playground for quickly testing snippets of CSS and HTML code. It uses -prefix-free, so that you won't have to add any prefixes in your CSS code. You can save your work in Github gists, embed it in other websites and share it with others. Follow @dabblet on twitter

It currently only supports modern versions of Chrome, Safari and Firefox but I'm hoping to expand browser support soon.

It’s handcoded by Lea Verou with care but some other nice folks helped too.

Timthumb (thumb.php) Security Flaw | WooThemes
This morning we were made aware of a security flaw within the Timthumb image resizing script, which is utilized in our themes for dynamic image resizing. It is also widely used in other WordPress themes and plugins.

As a result of this security flaw, the author of TimThumb and the author of WordThumb have worked together to release TimThumb v2 which fixes these security issues.

We’d highly recommend that you update your WooFramework like described below.

The White House releases its open source code
Today, the White House has released four of the modules it has developed back into the open source community. The first two are to improve scalability: Context HTTP Headers improves server efficiency, while Akamai as the name suggests integrates Drupal with Akamai's global cache network. Next, and probably of less use, is GovDelivery, which replaces Drupal's SMTP back-end and integrates with the internal governmental email system. The last module (and the most useful for the world at large) is Node Embed. As the name suggests, it lets you nest Drupal nodes inside other nodes -- Slideshows within Articles, an Author bio embedded within a blog post, and so on.
