Grapevine is a simple message aggregator. It works by feeding in messages from various sources such as Twitter and grouping them into topics. Then it will periodically send out a notification with the most popular topic. Once topics are sent out in a notification, they won't be sent out again for a specified time window.

Currently Grapevine supports:

Loading messages from Twitter.
Integration with GitHub for filtering trackbacks.
Sending notifications to Twitter accounts.

Echowaves is a free service that enables comunication through, IM-style conversations. You can converse in real-time or over semi-frequent visits to the site continuing your conversations right where you left off.

Xhtml Friends Network

XFN™ (XHTML Friends Network) is a simple way to represent human relationships using hyperlinks. In recent years, blogs and blogrolls have become the fastest growing area of the Web. XFN enables web authors to indicate their relationship(s) to the people in their blogrolls simply by adding a 'rel' attribute to their <a href> tags, e.g.:
