Continuous Integration Spring Cleaning - GitHub
Buildbot is fantastic once you get it configured but the learning curve is a little steep. Something more lightweight like CI Joe might be just the thing, particularly for smaller projects.

IMHO this is where sites like github and bitbucket excel. Rather than having an abandoned google code page with unapplied patches, people will eventually gravitate to a fork as the definitive source.
