This site has oodles of no-cost Photoshop brushes.

This has been all over the blogosphere, but I'm posting it here for future reference. The Kent State example is particularly interesting.

Adobe is rollling out a Web-based version of Photoshop that will be supported by ads. I wonder if this is partly to address the rampant piracy of the image-editing package.

This is interesting, but it's more of a band-aid than an act of goodwill. Adobe is allowing users to download a beta of the next-generation version while they bring the Intel-native OS X version to market.
