FCC Fines Noncommercial Station for Enhanced Underwriting Announcments that Were too Commercial
Given the non-ad ads on that are on KUT all the damn time, I wondered when this would happen. The article doesn't say what station was fined, however.

'Two and a Half Men' = One new syndication model
This is probably only interesting to people who study TV, but Warner Bros. is offering stations who buy syndicated reruns of "Two and a Half Men" the opportunity to stream the show online - if Warners gets half the online ad revenue.
