CD Baby: MP3
CD Baby sells MP3s of participating artists' albums directly instead of reselling to other online music retailers for the thinnest possible cut. Awesome!

Can anyone tell the difference between music files at 128 kbps and 256 kbps? - By Christopher Beam - Slate Magazine
"Will people be able to hear the difference? Probably not." Good explanation. The extra kbps + no DRM can be worth 130% to me, though I mostly buy albums which will still be $10 anyway
