Another way to address the problem of EULAs (and another idea I kind of had before I found this that actually did it! haha). Software app that sits in the task bar and detects installations of programs and alerts the user to "interesting" keywords.

A somewhat misguided approach to making EULAs not apply to you? I'm not actually sure what the point is, because it's hardly "acceptable" by a third party -- you can't be held to an agreement just by reading it.
