An unnamed dispute with EMI means the actual CD won't be released. EMI is, of course, the label that owns the copyright on The White Album and sued to keep The Grey Album from being released.

Well written, clear piece on the problem with big ticket live shows. Basically, Ticketmaster could stop scalping but there's too much money for them to lose and they're likely to simply skip the middle man and move to a straight auction system for at least some of their tickets in the not too distant future.
