Aggregates trends, presumably from Twitter, and then visualizes them in a map. I like the combination of macro aggregation and curation from trusted sources.

Very nice, application-like use of Flash. The save-able, linkable paths look interesting but my favorite flourish is the logo.

This is pretty incredible - campaign finance and lobbying data going back to 1989, in a scrubbed CSV. They also offer a number of APIs and enhanced politician profiles.

Give it a dataset, show how the data should look using a single row, it reformats everything for you. Brilliant.

Really handy way to collect user data

The one useful feature of Facebook - aggregating people to statistically mock them. Also, I love that "The Holy Bible" makes you dumber than not reading at all.
