Big Sis Napolitano promises less child groping
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano says the government will be rolling out a different airport pat-down policy for children under 12 in the coming months, and these children will no longer have to take off their shoes to be screened.

Napolitano says the traveling public can expect to see some of these changes in the coming months.

Some travelers and privacy advocates have complained that children, who don't appear to pose terror threats, are subject to intimate pat-downs that involve Transportation Security Administration screeners touching private areas. Children under 12 will also be spared the hassle of taking off their shoes as they go through check point security, Napolitano said.

Napolitano was speaking at a Senate hearing Tuesday on the terror threat to the United States.

County Sues Big Sis for Releasing Illegals...
Prince William County filed a lawsuit today against the Department of Homeland Security, according to a county press release.

In 2007 the Prince William Board of County Supervisors passed an ordinance that requires county police officers to check the immigration status of anyone they arrest.

To date the county has turned over more that 4,000 people over to DHS, the release stated.

After Carlos Martinelly Montano was charged in Aug. 2010 with killing a Benedictine nun while driving drunk in Prince William County, county officials became concerned that department was releasing illegal immigrants back into the community.

Police records show that Montano was previously convicted of drunken driving, identified as an illegal immigrant, handed over to DHS for deportation, subsequently released and was then given an

More DHS BS: “Border fence nearly doubles”
Chertoff is lying through his teeth on this. The fence is not built according to how the law demands it be built. The Secure Fence Act signed into law requires that the fence be a double barrier-fence. This is NOT an option. It is required by law. Chertof
