Prototyping with jsFiddle.net – Joe Lanman
I’m a big fan of applications that do a simple thing well; jsFiddle.net is an innovative environment to work on HTML, CSS and JavaScript in the browser. Coded by Piotr Zalewa and designed by Oskar Krawczyk, it’s a tool I’ve found really useful for me and my team – the simple four-pane layout is brilliantly suited to front-end development:

Google Open Source Blog: CSS Selector Shell Released
So far this tool has proven quite useful by showing what happens when developers try to make use of CSS selector syntax that may not be supported in a particular browser. Specifically, it can show how and perhaps why a particular CSS hack works in some browsers and how it is ignored in others. It can also demonstrate the potential for harm when using unsupported CSS syntax in some browsers.

Email Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted
This test will check a mail server IP address against 147 DNS based email blacklists. (Commonly called Realtime blacklist, DNSBL or RBL). If your mail server has been blacklisted, some email you send may not be delivered. Email blacklists are a common way of reducing spam. If you don't know your mail server's address, start with a MX Lookup.

Browser Security Test
Careful! The test will try to crash your browser! Close all other browser windows before starting and bookmark this page. If your browser crashes during the test, restart it and return to this page. It will show which vulnerability crashed your browser and offer you to continue the test or view the results.

Sloppy - the slow proxy for dial-up modem speed simulation (slow down)
Sloppy deliberately slows the transfer of data between client and server. Example usage: you probably build web sites on your local network, which is fast. Using Sloppy is one way to get the "dial-up experience" of your work without the hassle of having to install a modem.
