WebAIM: Keyboard Accessibility - Providing Keyboard Shortcuts Using accesskey
The answer to the question of whether accesskey shortcuts should be used at all is not always an easy one. Due to the numerous problems in implementation, many developers choose to avoid them entirely—even developers who are staunch accessibility advocates. Even so, if they are implemented carefully, accesskey shortcuts can be beneficial to some users.

Eric's Archived Thoughts: JavaScript Will Save Us All
A while back, I woke up one morning thinking, John Resig’s got some great CSS3 support in jQuery but it’s all forced into JS statements. I should ask him if he could set things up like Dean Edwards‘ IE7 script so that the JS scans the author’s CSS, finds the advanced selectors, does any necessary backend juggling, and makes CSS3 selector support Transparently Just Work. And then he could put that back into jQuery.

SVGWeb Brings SVG Support to Internet Explorer
While it is possible to bring SVG support to IE by installing a third party plug-in, but that is never a good idea if your goal is to unobtrusively reach the most amount of users possible. Google, realizing the widespread installed user base of Flash (probably >95% of users), decided to basically implement SVG through Flash so that anyone who has Flash installed will be able to see and interact with SVG content.

Apple - Support - Discussions - Why has my Mac mini become so slow? ...
In a word, it comes down to lag. Every operation which used to be instant when the Mac was new, now has a delay of anything from half a second to over 10 seconds. It feels like walking in mud. And it's always the first time I do something I haven't done for a few minutes -- if I repeat the same operation immediately afterwards, it's instant. Long delays are often (but not always) accompanied by the beachball -- which I see a lot.

Google Open Source Blog: CSS Selector Shell Released
So far this tool has proven quite useful by showing what happens when developers try to make use of CSS selector syntax that may not be supported in a particular browser. Specifically, it can show how and perhaps why a particular CSS hack works in some browsers and how it is ignored in others. It can also demonstrate the potential for harm when using unsupported CSS syntax in some browsers.

Could Tech Support Undo Palm?
So I asked employee C11329 to be transfered to her manager. She told me she was the most senior person at Palm. I asked her again politely to transfer me to her manager. She told me she had none. I asked to be transfered to the person that was reviewing her work, giving her assignments, etc.. I was told she had none. I told her I felt that was odd as, apart from the chairman and CEO, I didn’t know of anyone in a company not having a manager. She told me she was the CEO.

Aural CSS: Support for CSS 2 Aural Style Sheets / CSS 3 Speech Module | dotjay.co.uk
CSS includes 'aural' (or 'speech') properties that allow Web designers and developers control over the way in which HTML (and XML) is synthesised as speech by CSS-aware software. However, these properties enjoy very limited support in current Web browsers, screen readers and in other assistive technology software where the properties may be of benefit.
