Spectrum Future Shock - Reed's Ruminations: A Blog by Dan Reed

Cognitive radio technologies are necessary but not sufficient. The spectrum future shock of exponentially rising communication demands challenges our existing spectrum allocation mechanisms. We must also adapt our policy and regulatory frameworks to enable deployment of cognitive communication technologies that span licensed and unlicensed spectrum. Both technology and policy will be needed to realize this vision of everywhere, anytime communication.

Inkstuds is CiTR's answer to the wonderful world of comix. Hosted by Robin McConnell and rotating cast of sidekicks, Inkstuds explores the underbelly of the comic world by interviewing some of today's top creators. Inkstuds focuses on underground and indy comix from publishers like Fantagraphics, Top Shelf, Drawn & Quarterly and more. Each week, we interview a different creator to get their unique perspective on comix and to discuss their own work. No creator is too big or too small to be interviewed. The talent interviewed ranges from the legends of alternative comix to some kid who has only put out a couple of minis, all with something new and interesting to share to the reading public.
