It's not uncommon for missions to end in than optimal ways in Pegasus, but how badly they go can vary wildly. Embarrassment is just as likely as hidden enemies, genocide, and memory-eating monstrosities.

For example, this room could only be reached by passing through the weird mist-fountain-thing room to the balcony outside, walking up a set of stairs to the level above, going into the second door, and then opening the folding panels that make up one wall. It had a sink, power hookups, a stained-glass window that was prettier than most, and the gooey, charred remains of a half-exploded still.

Cam is sent to recruit someone who may be essential for the upcoming Atlantis expedition: John Sheppard. Of course, since this is John, things are more complicated than they should be.

As the Atlantis Expedition settles into their new home, they discover that they may not be as safe as they believe. Something dangerous is lurking in the city, and worse yet, someone among them may have been compromised.

Ten thousand years ago, a great darkness awoke in the Pegasus Galaxy. For almost a hundred years, the people of Atlantis battled the Wraith, until at last they were forced back into their city. There were great victories and great defeats, tragedies both small and large. Many saw the war as unwinnable and focused their efforts on seeking ascension, but some fought until the bitter end, even to the point of defying death itself.

Jim was absolutely thrilled as he and Spock walked down the non-descript corridors of Starbase 11. Finally, after an eternity - well, maybe six or seven months - of doing little more than shuttling ambassadors and looking like Fine Upstanding Heros for Starfleet, the Enterprise was getting some sort of very secret, hush-hush assignment that would involve actual exploration and hopefully some ass-kicking. Whatever it was, it required them to hook up with two other cruisers, the Odyssey and the Atlantis.

While the Evil Chili-Bear Incident was probably the low point of Lorne's Worst Road Trip Ever, the night that came after did enough to offset Lorne's annoyance that he didn't murder Sheppard during the trip.

"Weird," Dave said in a curious tone. Chuck instantly regretted using the word, because like most people from Atlantis, his boyfriend heard 'weird' and thought, "I should poke it with a stick." Really, he should have known better than to bring him along to a family reunion, but it couldn't have been helped.
