little!Spock & little!Uhura

This one features AOS Uhura and ENT Hoshi Sato (in main TOS canon, Sato apparently died at Tarsus, but in my take on AOS, the changes to the universe kept her on Earth, teaching at the Academy, so she lived.) The background pairings are Spock/Uhura and T'Pol/Tucker. And yes, it's extremely short, basically just a scene.

"So I tested it out on Admiral Archer's prized beagle," Scotty finishes, saluting them with his mug before he takes a sip.

Kirk blinks in surprise. "Wait, I know that dog," which would win some kind of medal for understatement of the year if he was interested in anyone else knowing how he knows that dog.

I was quite intrigued by the stories, but was disappointed that the text-only archive version of From The Terran Coyote to The Klingon K'Ortar that she'd recovered had only descriptions of the illustrations, rather than the original color plates.

So, since I live in the area and have access to the library at Starfleet Academy's Annapolis campus, I offered to search the collection of the art library there to see if I could find other images of the objects in question and reconstruct, as far as possible, the original pages.

Damage to Starfleet's Reputation:
I doubt it, but let's put it this way: Ambassador Soran's opinion of Starfleet's diplomatic priorities may have been adversely affected. The question is, do Vulcans gossip? If so, the damage may spread. In mitigation I would argue that whatever anyone thinks about my actions, the Sc'annna and the Vithans did reach an agreement in principle on truce, and did sign a cease-fire to end a centuries-long armed conflict.
