Remember how in the first couple of episodes, Nick is really good at profiling people and guessing things about them? Well, it kind of strikes me as odd that he hasn't done that with Monroe. (Example: Last night's episode when Monroe points out that Nick doesn't know anything about him that isn't creature-related.)

What if instead of being totally clueless, Nick had turned his awesome detective skills to deduce every question Monroe throws at him, from what his favorite color is to what his favorite composer is, etc. Monroe's reaction is up to you, though I would like a little freaking out because he hasn't actually TOLD Nick any of these things. Also, maybe Monroe realizes that he doesn't know any of these things about Nick, either.

A lot of people have wondered why Tintin is so eager for Captain Haddock to join him on his adventures. One reason, aside from the the fact that an adventure without the captain just isn't a proper adventure, is that Tintin, despite being fluent in many languages, is absolutely awful at English.
