M.I.T. Sues Frank Gehry, Citing Flaws in Center He Designed - New York Times
alas, unsurprising to me. I spent 6 years working in a concrete bunker, and the building I'm in now had to have film put over the windows, when what it really needed was to have been designed with awnings.
