In which the Doctor wanders into one of Neal's undercover ops for the FBI. This was quite fun. I especially enjoyed all the stuff about the psychic paper, lololol.

In which Neal Caffrey is actually a legitimate artist under one of his pseudonyms and this comes to light when someone starts stealing his work. OH. MY FUCKING. GOD. THIS WAS SO GOOD I WAS LITERALLY GASPING WITH SUSPENSE AND DELIGHT. I feel sort of bad about spoiling the first 1000 words or so with my summary, but the dramatic irony is too good to mind knowing ahead of time.

In which Neal meets the Doctor and the Doctor meets Neal and time is indeed timey-wimey. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, I CAN'T EVEN. YES.

In which two consultants and their handlers are called in to solve the case of a serial killer murdering artists, and when that's solved a little bit too easily they make a really epic bet just to get rid of some pent up energy. OMG OMG OMG WHITE COLLAR/SHERLOCK CROSSOVER, OMG. This was just, so so so great, I cannot deal. Pitch perfect for BOTH fandoms and just unendingly clever, in concept and in execution. ALSO, HILARIOUS.

In which Neal goes missing during a case, and Peter goes to find him. Ahhhh, lovely and so, so them. :DDD

In which Mozzie is stuck stalling with El on Valentines while Peter, Neal, and Hughes catch some very inept jewel thieves. This was really strange and really hilarious.

In which Neal sent Peter lots of little gifts while Peter was chasing him. Charming.

In which Peter takes protectiveness and jealousy to the razor's edge of appropriateness. Ahhh, Neal in this has teeth. I like it!

In which Neal "borrows" a car with Peter. God, that description of why Neal likes the car was a small masterpiece in its own right. Also, why he wasn't flirting = priceless, hahaha.

In which Neal gets reassigned and makes his new handler's life hell for it. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, NEAL NEAL NEAL. Devious and adorable doesn't quite cover it, but it gets close.
