Lord above, this fic was a commitment and a half. 25,000 words of life happening, which was interesting and lovely, but not, you know, gripping literature, but then the reward is 25,000 more words of mind-blowing perfection going off like a bomb in my face and my /heart/, CHRIST. There are no words for the faces I made reading this. There was one point where I was smiling so hard I actually felt my face go manic and creepy and had to corral my features into something more normal just to make sure they didn't stick that way. /Christ/, this fic. Yes.

In which we see the early days of Sherlock and Molly's association. Oh my god, for something pre-S2, this fic's characterization is almost scarily prescient.
