In which Lestrade acquaints himself with Watson's history after A Study In Pink and finds the facts behind such a promising figure in Sherlock's life. JOHN, OH MY GOD, ALWAYS BE WRITTEN LIKE THIS. Tiny and ordinary and STILL BADASS.

In which Lestrade finally learns who Mycroft is in the waiting room while John is getting operated on after The Great Game.

In which Lestrade and John play Mornington Crescent and drive Sherlock crazy. Blissfully funny.

In which Sherlock and John are battered, but still alive after the blast. Ohhhhh, I liked this. The Lestrade bit was unexpectedly lovely. The Sherlock+John interactions were less unexpected, but just as lovely.

In which Sherlock is held hostage in a standoff with a gun to his head. It doesn't go well. Haaaa, this was just perfect. Weird, and suspenseful, and it all turns out okay in the end. Poor Lestrade, what did he do to deserve these two?
