In which they follow each other through dreamscapes. Wow! So much footage combined into a really rather stunningly coherent narrative.

In which Charles is an archaeologist, but Erik makes him an adventurer. An Indiana Jones AU that felt a bit [quieter? grittier?] than that exactly implies. But this fic was a slow build of history and suspense and emotion and power that led to an ecstatically thrilling conclusion. Not entirely unrelatedly, my bulletproof kink for telepathic sex was pushed mercilessly in this fic, and I've never been more satisfied having it so abused. In conclusion, thehoyden killed it, and possibly me. Business as usual, then.

In which Logan joins the X-Men when Erik and Charles come to call and basically rewrites the entire course of the movie with the force of his awesomeness. BOSSEST BOSS TO EVER BOSS, WOW.

In which Charles is a library aid and Erik is a slightly creepy regular. This was just... really, really weird. I was lured in by the siren call of the librarian!AU and for my weakness, I was rewarded with bewilderment and slight discomfort.

In which Erik runs a bakery and Charles comes in one day to complain about wheelchair accessibility. A modern AU with powers (also, baked goods!). This was lovely and atmospheric. Sometimes the scenes didn't flow together as well as I would have liked, but overall, what was given was warm and compelling.

In which Charles is practicing with projecting and comes to visit Erik. MY HEART. ;_;

In which Charles doesn't start the school, he's invited to attend it. This was completely lovely. Haltingly, but compellingly emotive like you'd imagine Charles and Erik would be, if they'd met at this age.

In which Charles is a wedding planner. A WEDDING PLANNER. Excuse me, I must crey. IT'S LIKE HE CAN ~READ~ THEIR ~MINDS~. This is so beautiful.

In which Erik is a vampire and Charles is a telepath and the crossover practically writes itself. So, so, SO intrigued by the first fic in this series. The second wasn't quite as accessible, but dream narrative can be difficult like that. My enthusiasm for the concept didn't fade in any way at least, so I have high hopes for the rest of it and only hope there's more to come soon.

This fic is 100% perfect. Also, I may never stop laughing. Actualfacts tears in my eyes.

In which Charles revealing he's pregnant is as good a reason as any to explain the divorce not happening. Lololol, mutant mpreg. This fic was great.
