PLEASE DO NOT USE THE RATING SYSTEM TO REPORT BUGS!
INSTEAD CONTACT ME ON: keylayouts@apedroid.com
A non visible soft keyboard (Input Method) intended to be used with hardware Bluetooth and USB keyboards. It automaticly brings up the Input Method dialog when Bluetooth keyboard connects or disconnects (on some devices this can also be made to work with USB keyboards). It supports a lot of different keylayouts for non-US external keyboards and also provides a lot of configuration options.
This app does NOT require a rooted device and there is a DEMO version available if you want to try it out before buying.
Features
--------------------
* International keyboard layouts.
* Remaps the Escape key to BACK (can be turned off)
* Allows you to control which characters should be threated as combining characters.
* A "null" Soft Keyboard to use with hardware keyboards (Bluetooth & USB).
* Automaticly brings up Input Method selection dialog when Bluetooth keyboard connects or disconnects (Android 2.3+).
* Automatic detection can also work with USB keyboards on some platforms (experimental) (Android 2.3+)
* App that brings up Input Method selection (for easy access)
* Configure one of the function keys to turn remapping on and off.
* Can choose keymap automaticly based on language setting in your device.
* Blocks long-press-popups on Android 2.x.
* Change the key repeat delay and rate.
Currently supported keyboard layouts

What it does NOT
---------------------------
* It won't fix your Bluetooth or USB connected keyboard if it wasn't working in the first place.
* It does not automaticly switch Input Method. It only shows the dialog and you will have to choose Input Method manually. This is an intentional limitation built into Android by Google. No app is allowed to change Input Method without user interaction (unless the app is a system app).
Planned features
------------------------
* Localizing strings and translating app to different languages. (WIP)
* DONE! A demo version that can be used to test compability before purchase.
* Support for more keyboard layouts. (WIP)
* DONE! Support for manually remapping keys.
* DONE! If requested I may also make it work on Android versions lower than 2.3.

Using Google Tasks API and OAuth 2.0 on Android - Google Apps Developer Blog
august 2011 by earth2marsh
"Android has its own native authorization flow and its own way of handling Google accounts as you can register them on your device. Since Android 2.0, the AccountManager manages the accounts that you have registered - the ones that are listed under Settings > Accounts & sync. Specifically, it handles the authorization flow and can generate authorization tokens that are required to access data using APIs. "

Grocery iQ: Grocery Shopping Made Simple | GroceryiQ.com
august 2010 by earth2marsh
"Of all the features, the barcode scanner and list sharing are probably the most time-saving. The scanner is pretty self explanatory. If you run out of something and want to add it to your shopping list, just fire up the app and scan it (worked like a charm in my tests). If you want to sync shared lists between family members or roommates, you both have to sign up for the service and you both need a device you can run the app on. Meaning if you've got more than one Android or iOS device in your household, you're good to go." via lifehacker

Android/DeliciousApp – b i t q u i l l – Trac
july 2010 by earth2marsh
"This is my first app for Android. Simple enough to complete as a "weekend hack", but still not completely trivial (e.g., has network I/O on separate threads, multiple intents including a search provider, and basic use of a local database for tag caching). The app is does not sync bookmarks locally and is unlikely to support this (see to do below). It is primarily meant to be called through the "Share page" menu option in the browser (see figures), although it does support some basic tag search and visualization functionality."

App Review: WeFi | AndroidGuys
march 2010 by earth2marsh
"WeFi is using crowdsourcing to get a map of all the best WiFi access points so that your device (not you) will always knows which one is the best to hock up to. They have clients for most platform as well as an online map of the access points in their database. Obviously out of the 52 million points in the database, not all are open and free and there are certainly a lot more in Manhattan than in remote villages in Eastern Europe. However, if you have a look at the map and the live counter on WeFi website you'll see that the database is growing very fast."
