This was pretty involved, but turned out well. (I used gluten-free baking flour.)

Wonderful flavors in this one, but I need a new pan to properly cook the pork without it getting so dry.

My list of favorite gluten-free recipes, including: pork chops with bacon-sage sauce, creamed leeks, baked butternut squash, roasted potatoes with fried sage and brown butter, shredded brussels sprouts, apple-filled acorn squash rings with curry butter, brown sugar chicken, butternut squash risotto.

This was all right. FunkyPlaid was not a fan. Also, this isn't really a shepherd's pie, as I found out, because it has beef instead of lamb.

These are so simple to make, and turn out very well if you splurge on the ham.

One of my absolute favorite recipes to make! Sure to please even those most sprouts-averse. Also, this can be made to be vegetarian (skip the bacon, and substitute 2 Tbsp of olive oil for the bacon grease).
