Luma Labs
A fairly simple, sling type camera strap on which the camera slides for easy access. Looks like quite a nice way to keep a camera close at hand but secure. A bit expensive, but it looks well-made.

Panasonic Lumix GF1 Field Test — 16 Days in the Himalayas
I'm not in the market for a new camera, but this essay and the gorgeous photos accompanying it (particularly the portraits) really makes me want a Lumix GF1.

Spider Camera Holster
I like the idea of this system for keeping your camera close at hand but secure, though it's a bit pricey. Secretly, I'd just like to look like a cowgirl :-)

thebestcamera.com - iPhone App
There are loads of camera/filter apps around, but this looks like a nice balance of ease of use and good results. Just wish it shared to Flickr too, though.

Photojojo » Black and White Conversion: The Best Ways to Turn Color Digital Photos Into Beautiful B&W
Useful guide to producing good black and white images from colour ones. I tend to use Aperture's tool for this now, which offers a lot of control, but this is handy if you don't use Aperture.

Recreating Robert Howlett's camera
Photographer David White recreated the camera that Robert Howlett used to take the famous portrait of Brunel standing if front of a cascade of huge chains. White's series of photographs of Brunel's various works around the country are wonderful and the long exposure times filter out fast moving things leaving only Brunel's wonderful, solid architecture. I'd love to see the prints in person.

Leica Camera AG - Photography - D-Lux 3
A very tempting prospect. I love the size of my Casio Exilim, but would love more manual control and RAW format. This would give me both. Yum.
