Oddly compelling little file tagging application. Spotlight comments for tag storage (but in a grossly unreadable format). Good UI for retrieval, not so good for storage. Can manage files on disk and work with WebKit browser bookmarks.

Laura Fisher mentioned this example of quasi-structured tagging in a Flickr group, via sxsw tagging session. "This is a tag-heavy group -- if you're not interested in tagging every photo COMPLETELY, please don't add them to the group."

"It's lolcats pix with tags! Does also peoples call it cat macros? You may also find non-lolcat pictures -- this is a treasure for you." Tagging lolcats would be an excellent + rigorous internship for the right School of Information student.
