Tech journalist Marshall Kirkpatrick decides that he will tweet the news if he can cover it in 140 characters instead of blogging about it. Makes sense to me (see my comment on his article for more of my thoughts).

My hometown newspaper is switching to Facebook-only comments for its online articles. I personally think Facebook is a steaming pile of crap that often mistreats users, but apparently the masses are okay with that.
