And since then someone has set up or helped set up about 200 central banks around the world, many of them reporting directly to the BIS. But who? And how did it happen? Dunno. Why is that Libya, Afghanistan and Iraq have central banks when they didn't before, or not the kind they do now? Did you read about it? Meh ... this ruinous financial system is not a plant or a tree. It did not grow spontaneously. It did not grow naturally. And we would submit to you that those who created it know what they're doing. The key as always is to pretend that one does NOT know. In fact, both of these themes, transparency and direct democracy, are seemingly an attempt by the Anglosphere power elite to offer a solution to the drawbacks of modern governance via the use of the Internet. ...the elite's think-tank mavens at Tavistock believe they have hit on a promotion that appeals to youngsters while fulfilling its larger agenda of rehabilitating generally the concept of government. For us, Krugman's column and Obama's speech on the same day seem no coincidence. It is part of a larger orchestrated conspiracy to whip up resentment against "capitalism" worldwide. The results are to be some sort of international regulatory regime, perhaps, that will do much to usher in far more aggressive global governance. It is the next step in an apparent conspiracy to create a one-world order.'

But targeting Wall Street, essentially a transactional mechanism, is not only easy, it is convenient for the powers-that-be who operate Wall Street and do not want their OWN roles revealed. A spectre haunts the world and its elites ...'

'Rebecca shows in her book, A Paradise Built in Hell, that people don't typically panic when they find themselves at the ground zero of a disaster. Through the use of detailed research on a number of extreme disasters, she shows that in most cases people are very practical when confronting disaster. Better yet, they are often more courteous and much more likely to help each other when things fall apart than they are normally. They come together to survive. In contrast to the people on the ground, she shows that the only people that actually do panic during disasters are the elites -- from those with wealth to those in the government. They panic over the loss of control a disaster brings. This often results in extreme actions that only serve to make things worse: from martial law authorized to use deadly force against looters (often just people trying to survive the situation) to arbitrarily herding people into locations that aren't able to support large groups of people.'

The US – and the West – long ago passed into a kind of market-fascism where large corporations (themselves a product of regulation) are essentially paired with their regulatory overseers. It doesn't matter whether the regulations seem to make sense or not. The system is evidently and obviously driven by Anglo-American power elite interests and the end result is intended to be one where markets and corporations are big enough to function within the context of a "one world order."'

'As the "problem" is marketed, the elites begin to create solutions, well funded private companies that appear to be brainchildren of alert entrepreneurs. In some cases they are; in other cases, the elites may have, initially, a direct hand in the creation of the companies; they are certainly involved in the venture capital funds and hedge funds that provide funding to these start ups. Eventually, these companies are directed toward stock exchanges and the initial, elite partners cash out. The cash-outs is then directed toward markets where it can be swapped for more substantial assets like real estate and gold. The real estate may be held or exploited; the gold is stored in countries like Switzerland using elaborate off-the-books accounting methods. Many such banks work directly for the elites; their other businesses are just for "show." This methodology is well beyond the understanding of most people, unfortunately. The scale at which it operates is almost inconceivable.'

'The old men of the City of London seek to rule the world; their interest has little to do with raw materials and much to do with control over unruly tribes and restive citizens. As for positioning Western military resources in such a way as to intimidate Russia and China; we are more inclined to believe that there is no great need to intimidate either of these countries. Their leaders and elites may already be on board with the idea of one-world governance. It's mainly the tribes in Eurasia that the elites want to dominate. The good news is that this program is increasingly in chaos. And that they may be losing, not winning. Millions, even tens of millions understand it – and as the Internet is process not an episode, even more will understand tomorrow.'

'...what if the "Awakening" in all of its chaos was meant to set up a more polarized Middle East that would confront Israel in an regional war? We know the elites like to follow the road map of religious texts (which predict this sort of thing) because it provides a kind of cover. A war between Israel and the "rest" of the Middle East might entail nuclear weapons and the amount of people killed would make Iraq and Afghanistan look like minor skirmishes. Yet, the drumbeat for war continues. And would the result be a resurgent Israel that won new territory through enormously superior firepower? Would such a war, then, put the West in charge of the Middle East in a way it's never been before? Would it provide the fuel for even more Draconian rights crackdowns at home? Would it somehow place the elites closer to their goal of global governance?'

'The Arab Awakening is truly a regional if not global phenomenon. Of course, we have our own name for it: The Internet Reformation. The world will never be the same. The world's economy, when you come down to it, is a product of American military force. Use the dollar to buy oil or else ... And without the ability to promote such propaganda, the elites are left with authoritarian tools that substitute force for persuasion. One can watch the power elite set up false flags to take advantage of people's credulity regarding the current technologies and the color revolutions and WikiLeaks may be good examples. But what is far more frightening to the elites and far less easily managed is the spread of suppressed knowledge these technologies are fostering. That is where the real damage is being done and the elites can do little or nothing about it. The dawn of the Internet Reformation is upon us all.'

Kissinger reflects with pride on America's leading role in advancing one-world governance and its working appendages; the UN, NATO, WHO, World Bank, IMF, etc. – all erected in the period immediately following WWII. Kissinger hopes that once again International Order can be advanced out of the current global financial crisis.'

'Powerful lords of valued land holdings have controlled governments world-wide. Land value is highly concentrated in a few hands, and they have the strong incentive to keep it that way. It is not enough for their rent to be almost tax-free. To keep it that way, we must not even think of rent. In the economic textbooks, there are a couple of paragraphs on rent, maybe a graph, and then it is ignored in the rest of the book. The chapters on government policy don't even go there. What economics should be is a key that unlocks the reality beneath the superficial appearances. Economic sophistication is the understanding of implicit reality. Real rent is not what a tenant happens to pay some landlord. Rent is an implicit reality, caused by the differing qualities of land, the differences in qualities creating economic rent. Rent is there regardless of who owns the land or how a plot is used or how much money the landlord is getting or whether it gets counted.'

'...the Anglo-American power [elite's] fear-based promotions are not having the intended effect and thus it seeks to offer the impression that its strategies are unstoppable. But this has its drawbacks. When one wishes to impress upon the people the inevitability of one's designs, then not even one failure can be countenanced, nor one question can be raised. This is an almost impossible burden because the promotion retains no elasticity and sooner or later there shall be some sort of breach. If the crisis triggers a much larger one, then they run the risk of looking as if they have lost control. Why, we ask, are those running the EU program, purposefully placing themselves in this trap? 'Dominant Social Theme: The people have had enough and thanks to FaceBook are rebelling. -- We have a hard time understanding how people can look at what's happening and declare it's all coincidence... If someone ten years ago had said Western countries led by the Anglosphere would be deeply involved in conflicts in the Iraq, Afghanistan, the Ivory Coast, Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Syria and Yemen all at once (have we left any out?), the rationale for such activities probably would not be clear at all. In fact, the rationales still are not clear. It begins to look more and more like a low-key WORLD WAR – operating under the good-natured guise of installing "democracy" – rather than a series of relief missions and support activities. It is easy to be lulled by individual justifications for Western involvements in individual states, but when takes a step back and looks at the totality of what is now taking place, the view is startling and increasingly – deeply – disturbing.'

Wars are always those of exploitation. -- The above is nonsense of course but the memes keep getting repeated. It is a form of mind control ... an elaborate thematic fiction involving the way society is supposed to work. The press will play up the BP documents endlessly because they make great fodder for the perceptions that Western elites want to confirm: All wars, certainly the smaller ones, are those of Western imperialism with the goal of raw material exploitation. This removes the onus of war from the government itself, which is seen suddenly as a passive, put-upon actor. (Without evil corporations, government would be a force for good.) It also obscures the ... small, familial power elite that stands BEHIND government and is waging a war not for resources ... but to, in a sense, RUN THE WORLD. The Anglo-American elites will do anything and everything they can to obscure this fact!'

'The idea that the world is built of competing nation states and regions is increasingly a suspect one so far as we are concerned. In fact it is a kind of dominant social theme: that the West and especially the US are in decline and the larger countries of the developing world are in the ascension. No ... with the possible exception of China and a few Muslim countries, the Anglo-American power elite still runs the world in the 21st century as it did in the 20th in our view. Western elites, in their centuries' long campaign to tame, control and diminish Western middle classes have always needed to establish enemies. Without enemies there is no need for large governments and even larger armies. And without big governments, there are no legislative levers for elites to pull – giving them advantages that others cannot enjoy. All five BRICS ... have had very close ties to the Western world. We would argue (hypothetically) that for public consumption a show of independence is necessary.'

'Sarkozy ... wants to use the G8 as a platform to put top politicians and top technologists in the same room together. According to Johnson, those Sarkozy hopes will include attendees Eric Schmidt of Google, Jack Ma of Alibaba, Jeff Bezos of Amazon, and Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg. Again, none of this is actually aimed at benefiting Internet freedom. People like Sarkozy want to CONTROL this endlessly organic facility and reduce its ability to expose elite plans. It's making them crazy! In the 20th century, the Anglosphere elite moved rapidly toward its goal of centralized world governance. But 21st century technology has virtually stripped away the veil of secrecy behind which the elites operated and exposed their plans. By exposing their plans and also the fear-based promotions that they use to drive middle classes into giving up power and wealth to internationalist institutions, the Internet has vastly complicated the elite's efforts at "finishing the job."'

'George Soros is holding a New Bretton Woods Conference to come up with plans to create a new world currency. In the Hague, the International Criminal Court is beginning a trial for various Kenyan officials accused of "crimes against humanity" in 2008 post election unrest which took the lives of thousands and displaced hundreds of thousands. In Kenya, also, a new climate exchange facility has been established and will begin trading pan-African carbon credits. Meanwhile, the color revolutions grind on, implementing regime change that may lead to further Islamification of Africa and the Middle East and thus implementation of additional East/West tensions that lead in turn to further authoritarian policies that make it easier to implement the structures necessary to create One World Government. There is pushback. In the 20th century, Western powers-that-be staved off market pressures with considerable efficiency. But the 21st century may mark the rise of marketplace power once again...'

'The public supposedly "demands" these spectacles. But we would argue they would be produced whether the public wants them or not. Surely it occurs to such manipulated people at some point in their mature lives that they are fundamentally expendable? The REAL power elite – a few unfathomably wealth banking families and their corporate and religious facilitators – never orchestrate such shows for themselves. They never have to go through such soul-killing publicity. The logical solution to this sort of painful exposure would be to remove it. But it doesn't happen because the monarchy itself is a dominant social theme and one that is useful to an Anglo-American power elite. The monarchy MEANS something. In fact, it is a kind of elaborate billboard. The Royals are not valuable for themselves but as elaborate metaphorical personifications. The UN has established a new precedent and Middle Eastern turmoil – to a large degree engendered by Anglo-American mischief – has provided a proving ground. This sends a direct and threatening message to the leaders of other nation states throughout the world. It is a new era, perhaps. If these leaders, no matter how thuggish or freedom minded, are not inclined to agree with Western power elites on any one of a number of issues they too could find themselves first destabilized, then attacked and finally brought in manacles to the Hague.
