This organization has made a big advertising push in the greater NYC area of late. It's nice to see freelancers getting organized. I've often dreamed of creating a web professionals union.

This site makes it so you don't look like you're gookfing off on the job. It removes images and CSS and places the content in a Word-like interface. It works even better with web standards based sites.

Ryan Carson sticks it to the man with his secrets for working a four-day week and Derek Powazek talks about copywriting as interface design.
